Delivery is available to all areas in the United Kingdom.
For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge.
Orders £100 and below will be charged £9 (+VAT) for delivery per item.
We aim to despatch all standard items within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of order & full payment. All deliveries are subject to stock, you will be advised if any items(s) need to go on backorder and will be delivered at a later date.
Deliveries can be made to an address other than the the invoice address and instructions of where or who you want us to leave your order with can be added in the ‘Add Comments About Your Order’ section on check out.
Deliveries will take place between Monday to Friday 7:30am – 6pm, unfortunately specific times for delivery cannot be given
We do not currently despatch outside of the UK
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Sellers Vending Service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item bought from us, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange. Items must be returned 'as sold': in a resaleable condition, in original packaging. If a returned item fails to meet one of these criteria we will be unable to accept the item back.
When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we regret that we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
We work hard to ensure that all goods supplied by us are of the very highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please return it to us stating clearly what the fault is. This can be done by calling us on 01744 762912 to arrange a refund or exchange. All returns should be sent to Sellers Vending Service, Units X006-730 Shield Drive, Worsley, Manchester, M28 2QB.
All Faulty / Damaged Goods are inspected thoroughly on return to us and if the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for a new replacement product or fully refunded with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge.
We recommend that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
